When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. As you use DiscipleBee, we store the assessment responses, goals, notes, and discipleship group content you create.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the service, to send optional spiritual health reminders you've enabled, and to notify you of activity within your discipleship groups (such as new notes or replies).
3. Data Visibility
Your assessment results and private notes are visible only to you. Shared notes and discussions are visible only to the members of the group you choose to share with. Administrators may access records for support and service maintenance purposes.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your personal content from the service.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data using secure authentication and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Cookies & Analytics
DiscipleBee uses session authentication to keep you logged in and may use analytics to understand how the service is used. No personally identifiable content is shared with analytics providers.
8. Children's Privacy
DiscipleBee is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
9. Your Rights
You may access, edit, or delete your personal content at any time through the app. You may also request account deletion, which removes your stored data.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
